Potato Salad with Cumin and Harissa (Marie Haviv)
Another Tunisian dish from the Haviv family.
250 grams potatoes
1/2 teaspoon harissa
1 teaspoon cumin
1 lemon, juice only
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt
- Boil unpeeled potatoes for 20 min
- Peel potatoes
- Mix everything else to make the dressing
- Pour sauce over potatoes
