My mum makes this salad when she putting on a buffet.
3 oranges, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
layer
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon chives
black pepper
mix
pour over oranges
water cress
garnish
